KLIK has been cooperating with the Geniki Taxydromiki courier for many years, which has the ability to shipping your order to your address, provided that it is within the city limits set by it.

If your address is in a remote or inaccessible area of the territory, your order will be transported to the nearest town or town in your area where there is a store of the courier company and its delivery will be arranged immediately.

If your order is over 90 € and your address is within the city limits then shipping costs are free

If you choose the payment way cash on delivery, you will be charged € 2.00, regardless of the size or amount of your order.

To avoid the charge of cash on delivery, you can choose another method of payment (eg deposit in a bank account or by card).

For cases of shipping to remote areas, contact us to inform you about the shipping costs.

Alternatively you can choose to pick up your order from courier's store which represents your area in order to avoid extra costs.

From the moment of shipment, the order will be in your hands within 1-2 working days anywhere in Greece. Extra working days may be required for deliveries to remote areas of Greece.

The usual delivery times are from 10.00 to 16.00. If you wish to receive within a certain time period please specify it at the comments field during checkout.

If the courier company does not find you to deliver the parcel to you after repeated attempts, the parcel will be returned to KLIK. Due to the fact that the return of the parcel will cost you the shipping costs again, we would suggest you to be as consistent as possible with the delivery, in order to avoid unnecessary costs.

In case your order is over € 90, the deliver was not successful and you request to be re-shipping then you will be charged all shipping charges.

The company has a physical store and it is possible to receive your order from our store at 34 Proxenou Koromilas, Thessaloniki. The working days are Monday, Wednesday & Saturday from 09.00 am. until 15.00 p.m. while Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 08:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and our staff will be at your disposal.

Each order is checked for availability and is prepared on working days (Monday to Friday). Once all products are available, it will be ready and shipped within 48 hours.

In case an order was not delivered due to the fault of the recipient, it is possible to refund the value of the product, once the package is returned to CLICK.
It is not possible to refund for the shipping costs.
Also, it is not possible to refund a product that has been personalized in any way.
The above concerns payments by credit / debit card or prepayment through a bank.
